The Standard has streamlined the application process for their Platinum Advantage GSI, to make GSI case enrollment easier. You may have noticed the changes already if you’ve migrated an existing plan to the new product.
Enhancements include:
- A simplified, two-page base application packet.
- Only one customer signature required. Additional forms may be needed in some states, or if the employee chose the Catastrophic Disability Benefit Rider.
- Only one producer signature required. Producers must sign the Producer Information Report.
- Reduced personally-identifiable information on the application. Social Security numbers are no longer required.
